The rig is equipped with a 4500kN hoisting system, a 45m K-type mast, a 10.5m substructure, JC-70D drawworks, SCR electric drive control system, CAT3512B diesel generator sets, F-1600 mud pumps, solids control system, well control equipment and supporting camp facilities. The package includes major drilling floor equipment, power and electric transmission system, pump room equipment, mud circulation and solids control system, well control equipment, drilling instruments, auxiliary systems and drill tools. It is suitable for international oilfield projects that require a complete drilling rig package with strong hoisting capacity, reliable mud circulation performance and project-ready equipment configuration. We can support equipment inspection, technical review, dismantling coordination, export packing, shipping arrangement and installation guidance according to the buyer’s project requirements. Mud Pump & Manifold Review: Inspection of F-1600 mud pump packages, high-pressure manifold, valves, hoses, standpipes and related pipelines. Solids Control Review: Review of mud tanks, shale shaker, cleaner, centrifuge, sand pumps, agitators, mud guns and circulation lines. Well Control Equipment Review: Checking of BOP equipment, choke manifold, kill manifold, remote control unit and control lines. Pre-Delivery Verification: Equipment list confirmation, photo/video inspection, component matching and export loading plan review before shipment.
