Conquest builds to your requirements. 500 BBL Capacity • Single Axle • Brand New • Custom-Built Tank made of ¼” thick A-36 steel plate. smooth interior to easy cleaning with reinforcements on the sides ➢ Top frame reinforced based on a 3" wide channel with a 1 1/2" skid ➢ ¼” steel plate tank bottom in shape of half round (ROUND BOTTOM), and reinforcements on the sides, with 3/16” plate ➢ Reinforcements around the perimeter of the tank at the junction between the bottom and the walls with 4" x 4" PTR ➢ Single axle with double track, with springs and pneumatic brakes ➢ 04 11R 24.5 tires, ➢ Regulatory traffic lights in the rear and sides ➢ 01 20” manway on the side, with folding rails ➢ 8” manifold with 8” butterfly valve, Viton gasket and 3 4” intakes on the front. ➢ 6” manifold with 6” butterfly valve, Viton gasket and 3 4” intakes on the front, with 01 piping to the interior of the tank with 5 shots of 3” for cleaning ➢ Screw caps on the 8” tube of the manifold ➢ 03 4" mud Viton packing butterfly valves: one at each end of the tank in the lower part, one more in the front shot of the left side of the tank ➢ Preparation with 6" elbows and flange at the rear on the tank roof for placement of flame arresters ➢ Actuating system for 4” rear valve for remote tank drainage ➢ Tank level indicator through transparent hose with graduation at every 50 barrels ➢ King pin (5th) for movement and/or transfer of the tank welded in ½” plate ➢ Ladder with handrails at front for access to top of the tank ➢ Walker corridor at the top front of the tank with Ladder ➢ Exterior coating: Sand Blast, epoxy primer and polyurethane finish in a single tone in the color indicated by the client ➢ Interior Finish: Sand Blast and Johns Blair Brand Epoxy (CHEM O GARD) in two coats to 7 mils ➢ Stairs inside the equipment, with access through the upper hatch of the Tank.
